• Model development of bucket conveyor for food processing industry by using AUTOCAD 3-D animation
• Extraction of corn oil using enzymatic extraction method
• Plant layout of beverage (sugarcane) processing industry, its mass and energy balance and economic analysis
• Nonthermal processing technologies for preservation of sugarcane juice
• Development and testing of multipurpose vegetable cutting machine
