On 20 June 2024, junior researcher Dr Dorotėja Vaitiekūnaitė from the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry (LAMMC) was awarded the LAS Young Scientists’ Scholarships for 2024–2025.

Work title Sustainable improvement of forest ecosystems: phytoremediation, biological protection and restoration of forests after fires.
