In April, the Innovation team of the LAMMC announced an ideas competition, receiving 11 different, relevant and high-potential ideas, from which the three strongest were selected for commercialisation or research and experimental development:
On June 6, the LAMMC hosted a presentation of the competition winners' ideas and a discussion of their work. The scientists were awarded 1,000 EUR prizes and given the opportunity to jointly prepare an application and receive up to 150,000 EUR as support. The participants of the event listened to the presentations of the competition winners, and the evaluators' insights and further recommendations were expressed.
This is another step in strengthening the determination to create value outside the institution, and the selected best ideas will encourage the development of startup plans and the creation of business start-ups.
