LAMMC scientists begins to implement

The Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry is starting to implement three Researcher Groups projects funded by the Research Council of Lithuania (RCL).

All three new projects will be implemented from this year until the end of 2028 and will be led by LAMMC scientists:

  • Harnessing the multifunctionality of Artemisia dubia biomass for sustainable soil health and crop protection in temperate agroecosystems. Leader Dr. Modupe Olufemi Doyeni. 2025–2028.
  • Evaluation of cold acclimation efficiency of Ribes and Prunus genotypes for cryopreservation in vitro. Leader Dr. Rytis Rugienius. 2025–2028.
  • Contribution of humic substances to the retention and mobility of environmentally hazardous synthetic polymers in soil systems. Leader Dr. Alvyra Šlepetienė. 2025–2027.

Congratulations to the scientists who have prepared the applications and best wishes for the successful implementation of their projects.
