On December 2, a meeting was held between Dr. Gintaras Brazauskas, Director, and Dr. Vita Tilvikienė, Deputy Director for Research of the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry, and Prof. Habil. Dr. Ineta Dabašinskienė, newly elected Rector of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU), and Dr. Laima Skauronė, Head of the Administration Group.
During the conversation, the importance of strengthening the partnership and creating long-term cooperation was discussed.
Both sides emphasised that open discussions and joint projects are the path to innovation and scientific progress. At the same time, it is an invitation to scientists from both institutions to boldly seek common research topics, join projects and share knowledge that will contribute to the sustainable future of Lithuania and the education of the younger generation.
The meeting is not only a symbolic step, but also a real opportunity to build new bridges between scientific communities.
